Roberius Meqwan Thornton, a 39-year-old African American male from Hartwell, Georgia, tragically lost his life on September 5, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of Labor Day when gunfire erupted in the parking lot of Jack’s Bar & Grille in Hartwell.
