David Ussery, a 48-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2022, in Dodge County, Georgia. The incident occurred following a heated dispute with his 71-year-old neighbor, Ronnie Reaves. The altercation began when Ussery's dog allegedly attacked Reaves' cat.
