In the late autumn of 2022, the community of Warner Robins, Georgia, was shaken by the deaths of Daniel 'Danny' Pierce Elliott and his wife, Gretchen. Daniel, known affectionately as 'Danny' to his friends and family, was a lifelong resident of Warner Robins. He was born on May 26, 1961. A 1979 graduate of Warner Robins High School, he was remembered as a vibrant and active member of his class, serving as the senior class president and playing on the basketball team. He continued his education at Valdosta State University. His professional life included positions as an admissions counselor at Mercer University and later as a pharmaceutical representative. A severe electrical accident in 1991 significantly altered the course of his life. He was an avid sports fan, a passionate golfer, and an active member of Central Baptist Church.
