Jeffery Jerome Bell, a 63-year-old African American man, was found dead on November 13, 2022, in East Dublin, Georgia. Bell's body was discovered during a welfare check at his residence on 103 Pearl Street. He had suffered a single gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was called in to handle the case, and Bell's body was sent to the GBI crime lab for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
