The altercation occurred around 4 PM on Esom Hill Road in Polk County. According to reports, the incident involved an exchange between Griffin and another individual, which escalated to the point where Griffin was fatally shot. The Polk County Police Department confirmed that Griffin died from his injuries sustained during the altercation.
