Walter Chapman Mobray, a Federal Prohibition Agent, tragically lost his life on December 9, 1926, in Perry, Florida. Mobray, along with his colleague Jacob Brandt, was engaged in an undercover operation aimed at purchasing illegal liquor from J.W. Buchanan in Taylor County, Florida.
