Delmonte Thomas, age 20, was killed on August 29, 2013, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred on the 1800 block of Ruxton Avenue in West Baltimore, where Thomas was shot in what was described as a double shooting. He was found on the scene with fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead shortly after. The shooting took place during the night, marking yet another tragic addition to a particularly violent year in Baltimore.
