In the winter of 2023, the life of 16-year-old Deonta 'Dink' Dorsey was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. On January 4th, the male sophomore from Edmondson-Westside High School was with a group of friends during their lunch break at the Edmondson Village Shopping Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
