Donald Moon Jr., a 44-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on February 9, 1996, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His death was part of a horrific event known as the Las Olas Massacre. On that fateful morning, Clifton McCree, a former city employee who had been dismissed from his job for failing a drug test, stormed into a trailer where city maintenance workers were preparing for their day.
