Ka'Shawn Williams, a 20-year-old resident of Lauderhill, Florida, tragically lost his life on the night of August 4, 2020, in a drive-by shooting in Oakland Park. At approximately 10 p.m., Williams was a passenger in a white Lexus driven by his friend, Laurence Yancey, 19, when a dark-colored vehicle pulled alongside them near the 3800 block of Powerline Road.
