Officer Arnulfo Crispin, a 25-year-old member of the Lakeland Police Department, tragically lost his life in the line of duty on December 21, 2011. The incident occurred on the night of December 18, 2011, when Officer Crispin was patrolling near Crystal Grove Drive in Lakeland, Florida.
