Justice Warren Gleason, aged 40, tragically lost his life on September 5, 2021, in Lakeland, Florida. The incident that led to his death was a horrific mass shooting carried out by Bryan Riley, a former Marine sharpshooter. Riley, who had no known connection to Gleason or his family, went on a random shooting rampage, killing Gleason, his wife, their 3-month-old baby, and the baby's 62-year-old grandmother.
