Raynol Rakei Wilson, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 19, 2014, in Fort Pierce, Florida. Raynol was born on July 15, 1997, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and had been a resident of Fort Pierce for 15 years.
