Paula Witthaus, aged 54, was tragically found murdered on January 28, 2014, in her residence located at 2840 17th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL. She was discovered alongside James Rapp, a 67-year-old Vietnam veteran who was blind and bedridden. Witthaus served as Rapp's caregiver, and both were known to be vulnerable due to their health conditions.
