Christal Anderson, a 34-year-old woman from Saint Petersburg, Florida, was found dead on March 31, 2016, under tragic and disturbing circumstances. Anderson, who was an inmate on work release, failed to return to the Suncoast Community Release Center on March 27, 2016.
