Barbarajean Lombardi, an 18-year-old from Saint Petersburg, Florida, tragically lost her life on September 16, 2021. She was found shot to death alongside her friend, 21-year-old Tommy Dixon, at a home on Granville Court in Saint Petersburg. The incident occurred around 11 p.m., and the police quickly identified the suspect as 29-year-old James Pagan. Pagan, who had been romantically involved with Lombardi, was known to both victims.
