Zuri Chambers, a three-year-old girl from Lake Worth, Florida, tragically died on February 13, 2014, after accidentally shooting herself in the head with a gun left unattended by her father. On that fateful day, Zuri was at home with her father, Thomas Chambers, and her seven-month-old sister.
