Zuri Chambers, a three-year-old girl from Lake Worth, Florida, tragically died on February 13, 2014, after accidentally shooting herself in the head with a gun left unattended by her father. On that fateful day, Zuri was at home with her father, Thomas Chambers, and her seven-month-old sister. The firearm, a 9 mm semi-automatic pistol, had been left on a table near the front door by Thomas, who intended to take it to work for late-night bank deposits.
