Romeo Taylor Matthew Wolff, a 24-year-old resident of Milton, Florida, tragically lost his life on August 26, 2014. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and deeply saddening. On the evening of his death, Wolff was in the company of James Hunter Gates, a 20-year-old acquaintance.
