Thomas Buckhalter, a 34-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on February 4, 2017, in Milton, Florida. The incident occurred during a drive-by shooting on Applegate Street, where multiple shots were fired into a crowd of people. Buckhalter was critically injured and succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Two other individuals, Ashley Johns and Jermun Narin, were also shot but survived.
