Israel Zerquera, a 58-year-old resident of Miami, Florida, was tragically killed on August 26, 2014. The incident occurred in the morning when Zerquera, who was wheelchair-bound, was shot multiple times by a suspect who exited his vehicle at the I-95 exit ramp at NW 95th Street.
