Michelle Rhett Allen, a 50-year-old African American woman, was tragically found dead on September 9, 2014, in Jacksonville, Florida. Her body was discovered inside a white Dodge pickup truck that had crashed into a tree on Eaverson Street in the Durkeeville area.
