Jose Ivan Pomales Santiago, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on September 24, 2014, in Orlando, Florida. The incident occurred at the Blossom Park Condominiums, a complex known for its high drug activity, particularly heroin use and sales.
