On October 20, 2022, Jessiah Boyd, an 18-year-old from Orlando, Florida, was found shot inside a crashed vehicle on Stardust Lane, near Ridgewood Park Elementary School. Deputies from the Orange County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene around 7:30 p.m. and discovered Boyd with gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
