Darrel Joshua Baker, a 25-year-old resident of Pembroke Pines, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 27, 2014. The incident occurred at a Chevron gas station located at 1601 N University Drive in Pembroke Pines. According to reports, Baker, who was employed at the car wash section of the gas station, was involved in an altercation with 28-year-old Steven Dawson, also from Pembroke Pines.
