Kadeem Smith, a 23-year-old former U.S. Army recruit, was tragically killed on March 19, 2019, in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Smith, who had previously attended Charles W. Flanagan High School, was shot dead while sitting on his porch at the Bella Grand complex.
