Fitzroy Grant, a 75-year-old African American man, was found dead on May 15, 2020, in his home in Pembroke Pines, FL. The discovery was made during a welfare check conducted by the Pembroke Pines police at a residence located in the 300 block of Southwest 191st Avenue in the Estancia community. The welfare check was prompted by concerns from individuals who had not heard from Fitzroy Grant for some time.
