Jamie Lee Martin, a 26-year-old resident of Middleburg, FL, tragically lost her life on October 4, 2014. The incident occurred at her home on Ashton Street, where she was shot in the head by Elliott William Orsborn, also 26 years old. The shooting happened after a night of friendly drinking, during which Martin jokingly slapped Orsborn. This seemingly innocuous act led to a fatal escalation, resulting in Martin's untimely death.
