Vinel Lamour, a 30-year-old security guard, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2015, in North Miami, Florida. Lamour was on duty at the Center Court Apartments located at 14899 Northeast 18th Avenue when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 1 a.m., when police were called to the scene following reports of a male down at the guard shack.
