Charlotte Ruth Fetters, a 76-year-old white female, passed away on February 19, 2015, in Lakeland, Florida. Her death was part of a tragic incident involving her husband, James Allen Fetters, aged 75. The couple, who had moved from Hillsboro, Ohio to Lakeland in 1981, were found deceased in their home on Colonnades Club Boulevard. The Polk County Sheriff's Office investigated the case and determined it to be a murder-suicide. According to the investigation, James Fetters shot and killed Charlott ...
