Tanya Renee Oliver, a 42-year-old African American woman from Fort Pierce, Florida, tragically lost her life on July 5, 2016. She was shot in the parking lot of the Elks Pride of St. Lucie County while attempting to break up a fight. This incident occurred in 2015, and it was a devastating event for her family and the community.
