Veneetia Parker, a 52-year-old African American woman, was found dead on January 11, 2022, in a wooded area with tall grass in Fort Pierce, Florida. Her body was discovered three days after her death, which occurred on January 8, 2022. The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office identified her as the victim of a homicide.
