On a warm summer evening in late July of 2014, the life of 20-year-old Devin Cook was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence in Northwest Baltimore. A promising lacrosse player and student at the Community College of Baltimore County, Devin was known for his kind heart and infectious humor. He was a beloved son and a role model to his younger brother.
