Devin Cook, aged 20, was tragically shot and killed on July 31, 2014, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 4700 block of Wilern Avenue in the Park Heights area. Devin was an active and promising young man, known for his talent in lacrosse and his academic achievements.
