Monique Manley, a 29-year-old Black female, was tragically killed on June 22, 2015, in Miami, FL. The incident occurred around 11:30 PM outside an apartment complex at 1955 NW 2nd Court in the Overtown neighborhood. Monique was sitting on the back of a car, conversing with a friend, when a vehicle with two suspects approached.
