Jamar Gammage, a 26-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on August 22, 2015, in Delray Beach, Florida. The incident occurred outside the Community Market on the 1100 block of West Atlantic Avenue. The altercation that led to his death was reportedly over a woman, involving his childhood friend, Dion Graham. Graham, who was 31 years old at the time, shot Gammage during an argument, claiming he believed Gammage had a gun and was going to shoot his brother.
