Joanne Hines, a 22-year-old African American woman, was tragically found dead on December 1, 2015, in Oak Grove Park, Miami, FL. According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, officers were dispatched to the park around 3:15 a.m. after receiving a report of a female bleeding and possibly shot.
