On a crisp autumn morning in Baltimore, the life of Reginald White, a 29-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short. On Saturday, November 1, 2014, at approximately 7:17 a.m., White, who was also known by the nickname “Crock,” was murdered in the 400 block of North Gay Street.
