Marvin Douglass Lancaster III, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2016, in Tampa, Florida. Marvin was at Club Rayne, a local strip club, when a shooting incident occurred. The event was particularly harrowing as Marvin was reportedly live-streaming his time at the club on the app Periscope.
