Jeffrey Alan Kocab, a 31-year-old officer with the Tampa Police Department, tragically lost his life on June 29, 2010, in Tampa, Florida. Officer Kocab, along with his partner Officer David Curtis, was conducting a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and 50th Street.
