Manuel Ortiz, a 28-year-old Hispanic male from Tampa, Florida, passed away on February 20, 2016. Known affectionately as "Macho" by his family and friends, Ortiz had moved to Tampa from New Haven, Connecticut in 2004 and quickly made the city his home. He was well-regarded in his community, earning the nickname "The Keeper" for his protective nature and close relationships with those around him.
