Linzell Feagin Jr., a 32-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 4, 2016, in Palmetto, Florida. The incident occurred around 1:00 a.m. near the 2100 block of 3rd Avenue. According to reports, Linzell Feagin Jr. was shot at least once and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
