Was this 14 year old murdered because he witnessed another murder?
Jabez Spann, aged 14, disappeared on September 4, 2017, in Sarasota, Florida, after attending a candlelight vigil for a neighborhood man who was killed days earlier. It is believed that Jabez witnessed the murder of Travis Combs, a 31-year-old man who was killed in a botched robbery. Jabez's disappearance remained a mystery until February 16, 2019, when his skeletal remains were found by a worker along a fence in a rural area of Manatee County.
