Jamaal Brooks, a 32-year-old resident of Palmetto, Florida, was tragically found dead on December 20, 2020. The Manatee County Sheriff's Office reported that Brooks was discovered behind a house in the 2100 block of 3rd Avenue East with two gunshot wounds.
