Ronald Harvey Simms, a 35-year-old African American male, was tragically found shot to death on June 7, 2016, in Jacksonville, Florida. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office identified Simms as the victim after he was discovered in a parked car on Haverford Road at Dunn Avenue.
