Alfonso Igles, a 47-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2016, in Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred when Kimwana Hamilton, a 40-year-old African American male, confronted his 24-year-old girlfriend, Nisha Carson, at his residence. Hamilton, who was already on felony probation for aggravated battery and false imprisonment, fired a shot at Carson and then at her vehicle as she fled the scene.
