Death by Force

Latoya Gay, a 26-year-old mother of two, was fatally shot on January 18, 2023, in East Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred at the Silver Oaks Apartments located at 4200 Kenneth Court, where multiple parties were exchanging gunfire in the parking lot.
