Benjamin Alvin Frazier, aged 47, was tragically shot to death on June 25, 2016, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Discount Food Mart located on Moncrief Road. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and found Frazier deceased from gunshot wounds.
