Benjamin Alvin Frazier, aged 47, was tragically shot to death on June 25, 2016, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Discount Food Mart located on Moncrief Road. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and found Frazier deceased from gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported that Frazier and the suspect, Kevin Dwayne Hamilton, knew each other and had a history of conflict, with Hamilton allegedly being bullied by Frazier over the past y ...
