Amir Stepherson, a 24-year-old resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2016, in Riviera Beach. The incident occurred late at night when Stepherson, along with 3-year-old Martavious Carn, was sitting in a vehicle parked at the Mystic Woods Apartments.
