Terrance "TeeJay" Jackson, a 15-year-old from Palm Beach Gardens, FL, tragically lost his life on February 1, 2020. The incident occurred outside Victory City Church in Riviera Beach, following the funeral service for his grandfather. During a heated altercation, 47-year-old Royce Freeman fatally shot Jackson.
