Melvin Jones, a 39-year-old man, was tragically shot to death on August 27, 2017, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The incident occurred early in the morning at an apartment on Sunset Drive. Jones was identified as a temporary resident of the apartment where the shooting took place. The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department responded to a report of shots fired at approximately 1:57 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Jones deceased at the scene.
