Stacy Culotta, a 37-year-old woman from Palm Coast, FL, tragically died on October 31, 2016. Her death was ruled a suicide. Stacy Culotta had a history of mental health struggles and had attempted suicide multiple times. On the night of her death, her father discovered her body in the bathroom of their home on Pine Brook Drive. She had shot herself in the head with a .38-caliber handgun.
